Jeremiah Hayes Sr.

Pastor
South Peoria Baptist Church

Pastor Jeremiah has been on staff at South Peoria Baptist Church since 2011, & the Sr. Pastor since 2016. He has earned an under graduate degree in Biblical Studies, a Master of Divinity degree, & is currently working on his doctoral degree in biblical theology. His heart is to equip the church with the full counsel of God's word, & to help parents understand they have the primary discipleship role in the lives of their children. Jeremiah believes that the number one priority of Christian parents should be the salvation & spiritual growth of their children. He has committed to equipping parents with the tools that they need to stand on the Word of God & lead their families in righteousness. He believes SPCA is a vital part of achieving this in the vision of South Peoria Baptist Church.

Amber Mather

Director of Early Elementary Education

Amber is a dedicated & passionate educator who has been working in the field of education for several years. She started her career volunteering in children's ministry at South Peoria Baptist Church. Her professional career started in special education as a paraprofessional, where she worked closely with students with diverse learning needs. Her experience in special education motivated her to pursue further education, & she earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2018. Amber also worked in administration in a preschool setting, where she gained valuable experience in program management & curriculum development & she decided to pursue a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education & Early Childhood Special Education from Grand Canyon University, which she completed in 2021.

Sara Hecht

Director of Upper Elementary Education

Sara is a highly experienced & accomplished educator who has been working in the field of education since 2005. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in General & Special Education, which provided her with a strong foundation to work with students with diverse learning needs. In 2009, she became the owner of a Kumon, where she honed her teaching skills & learned valuable lessons in managing a business. Sara's teaching career spans across different levels, from kindergarten to 6th grade. Sara helped establish a charter school where she served as an administrator for 5 years, contributing to its growth & development. Sara continued to build her knowledge & expertise in education, earning a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership in 2019. Sara is currently certified in K-8 elementary education, early childhood education, and as a K-12 Principal.

Tuition

Most Christian families cannot afford the expense of private school.

We praise God that this is no longer a problem for families in the state of Arizona!

Every student in the state of Arizona qualifies for the Empowerment Scholarship Account. This gives parents the power and finances to choose where their children go to school!

This will cover 90% - 100% of tuition at South Peoria Christian Academy!

This is before any additional help from STO's and scholarships.

This means that finances will not stop any family from being able to have their children at SPCA!

1st - 8th Grade students qualify for $6500-$7200 in ESA assistance

Kindergarten students qualify for $4000 in ESA assistance.
