We hope you will find yourself at home here at South Peoria Baptist Church. Our church family are active in a number of Ministries. Feel free to contact the Ministry leaders for more information or ask one of the greeters or ushers next time you're at church. Among our ministries you will find:
Bible Study
At 9:15 we have Bible Study for all children and youth. Adults have a variety of choices. We have classes for men, women, and couples of all ages that offer traditional Bible study or various special topic studies.
Small Groups
Small groups complement our Sunday services and Bible Study classes, meeting in members' homes during the week. Small groups enable us to to become more involved with our neighborhoods, to build lasting friendships and to enhance our spiritual growth through continuing study of God's Word.
LAUGH Ministry
Our purpose is to fellowship, to listen and to learn what God has in store for our lives. To take care of the things of our pasts, and to use that to keep others from waling down that endless road.
Preschool Ministry
In the preschool department at South Peoria Baptist Church, we provide a safe and loving environment for young children to learn about God in. Each week, we teach Bible lessons and do related crafts in order to create a lasting relationship with our savior, Jesus Christ. Classroom volunteers show God’s love by nurturing children in a positive and enjoyable setting.
Children's Ministry
Our mission is to teach children about Jesus and, by example, show them how to have a relationship with Him.
Youth Ministry
We provide an environment of love, friendship and safety, where students can make friends and express themselves, as well as learn about Christ.
Seniors Ministry
Women's Ministry
Men's Ministry
(Men of God at Work)
The mission of the South Peoria Baptist Men's Ministry is to draw men closer towards Christ, to support them in their life-roles, and to help them grow through regular opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, ministry and missions.
Scouting Ministries
Scouting at South Peoria Baptist Church prepares young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath, Law and Duty to God. For more information contact Richard Bellamy or visit www.bsapack293.clubspaces.com
